Q: I have a question on Toltec’s equipment list.
The total states (3) but the breakdown is (1) per location.
Is the total number of switches needing to be quoted (5) or (3) or (2)?
A: The total is 5 switches. The response should be broken down by location as follows: 3 x 48 port for ACE, 1 x 48 port for TSD, 1 x 24 port for TSD.
Q: CenturyLink is unable to respond to this unsealed bid due to AZ State Procurement rules that require a sealed bid process be used for procurements that are in excess of $100k, based on Total Purchase/Contract value. CenturyLink instead, refers you to the State of AZ 470# 200000218 and pending contract award. If you choose to repost your 470 and post an associated bid that meets State of AZ sealed bid Procurement Rules. CenturyLink will respond accordingly.
A: Please confirm Toltec is under contract for the 300M DIA thru June 30, 2020 and has 3 voluntary extensions for the service. In addition, please confirm the 500M DTS contract expires June 30, 2023.
