A: To be clear, ADS shall call all parties that signed up for Q/A and/or submitted a response to FCC Form 470 200008870 in an attempt to make sure that all interested parties understand that FCC Form 470 200008870 shall not be awarded. As a courtesy, the interested parties shall be included on the Q/A associated with FCC Form 470 200029609. A general announcement shall be sent when this is completed.
Note: Any service provider that submitted a response or offer determined to be SPAM shall not be contacted or added to the Q/A discussion list.

A: The Invitation to Bid for 470 200008870 has been extended to until 3/27/2020 at 5:00PM EST due to the extenuating circumstances surrounding COVID-19 (note USAC 03/13/2020 newsbrief). In addition, a quick conversation was held with a vendor on 3/16/2020 and it was immediately agreed that the call could not proceed so as maintain the integrity of the fair and competitive bidding process. No information was provided on that call (other than to follow the guidelines within the ITB). No questions were asked or answered on the call.
Q: CenturyLink intends to respond to some locations in the RFP
A: 1 year term is acceptable. A 1 year term, with 5 year pricing and 4 voluntary extensions would be nice. Any term may be proposed. In addition, it would be good for growth to be included within the terms.
