A: Please make sure your responses are delivered to the District before the extended due date of March 15th. In addition please make sure a copy of you proposal is emailed to ZPSD2019@adsadsi.com on the 15th as well. The District will start evaluations over the weekend and having electronic copies will help expedite the process. Especially for pricing. If possible please send your pricing in an editable format like MS Excel.
Q: The CenturyLink E-Rate RFP team and I are working to respond to your 470/RFP, however it is unlikely that we will be able to post a response by the deadline on Friday 3/8. We would like to request an extension to Friday 3/15 if possible. Thank you for your understanding.
A: The applicant is OK with granting an extension to 3/15/2019 at 5PM Local Standard Time.

Q: We noticed that the list of "Eligible Locations to which Service May be Required" includes 5 total locations, two of which share a physical address. (Twin Buttes High School and ZPSD District Office @ #10 North Sandy Springs, Zuni NM, 87327. Do these locations require two separate circuits and building entrances or just a single circuit connecting that single physical address to the hub?
A: One connection is fine.
Q: What Type of switches are you looking for 24 or 48? POE required?

Q: For Lit Fiber services the ITB lists 5 locations for WAN services but is requesting only 4 circuits. What are the physical locations demarc is expected for these services?
For Lit Fiber Internet services 1 Circuit is requested but 5 locations listed, what is the physical location demarc is expected for this circuit?
A: The Physical address of each location. You can look the entity numbers up, also, I believe the locations are listed on page 11 of 25.
