Q: 1. Can we get building floor plans of each school
2. If using Meraki AP’s do we need to bid a wireless controller? (line 2 on 470 CAT 2)
3. Need explanation of 64 antennas to support broadband internal connections components (line 5)
4. How do they want the switches stacked? (stacking cables) if using the Meraki MS model only stacking can be done Virtual on the 8 port and 24 port models.
5. In the port count Meraki’s MS 12 port model is listed as a fiber unit, can we add this unit as a 24 port model?
6. Are the PoE capabilities based on Meraki AP’s or is there other equipment that will need to be powered?
7. Can we get a network design document of the network to vet equipment and design?
8. Need explanation on internal connections cabling (line 6)
9. Can we get an Extention on the date due?

3. Per the ITB "...and Connectors, and Related Components used for Internal Broadband Connections." Basically these are the odds and ends that are necessary to complete a successful installation.
4. Please provide options with flexibility, additional clarifications are being considered. Initial intent was to swap existing switches with new. It is possible that this project, depending on cost may be scaled back from a switching perspective to support wireless only network components. The most cost effective solution shall be selected in accordance with available budget.
5. Prefer that the the ITB requests are met. Cardinal changes to the request would need to be re-posted. Total port count (or port density) should not exceed request port count (or port density.
6. Yes, its hard to forecast what and if any other devices may require POE. At minimum, all ports should provide POE to support Meraki WAPs.

8. It is the expectation that the new WAPs work, The requested cabling is somewhat of a contingency plan - meaning, existing WAPs will be replaced. Everything is functional, however, if during install a longer patch cord is needed or something breaks in terms of cabling, it is expected that the new install will provide a fully functioning network. New cable drops are not being requested.
