Q: What bandwidth do you require.
Also are you looking for a complete hosted VoIP solution or do you just want phone lines?
If it's just lines do you want POT's, SIP or PRI?

A: Internet is under contract and not being requested. Note the ITB for voice service. No SIP, No VoIP.
Q: a few questions in regards to the UPS’s:
What will they be hooked up to?
How much downtime will they be required to handle
Do you want them to be rack mountable?
A: Devices will be used to support eligible network equipment. Its hard to determine the exact load, please quote 110/120 rack mountable 1.5 and 5 kVA devices.
