A: 1. Please provide number of Analog lines currently installed. Analog lines are not requested.
2. Please provide total number of Telephone Numbers /DID's associated with your current voice services that would possibly be ported over as part of this bid. 49 lines of service are requested (this does not mean call paths). DIDs are not eligible for reimbursement, provide options for consideration.
3. Is it planned to run a GIG network to the Desktops? or is 10/100mb sufficient. Not within the scope of the invitation to bid as handsets would probably have to be replaced and we are not looking at handset replacement.
4. How many Cat5/6 drops per locations where handsets will reside? Drops and handsets are not requested.
5. Is it your intent to keep voice and data network separated or interconnect? This question could have lots of meanings/answers and subsequently unintended consequences. The Internet Access will provide data services and voice transport. There is no intent for a dedicated Internet connection for voice services.

Q: 1. What contract terms are you considering -- 36 and 60?
2. Do you want bandwidths from 100 MB to 1 GB or will you entertain options such as 300, 500, 700 and 1GB.
3. At what address will the circuit be located?
A: Options are preferred. A 36 month term may be acceptable. A one year contract with options for two 1 year extensions may be OK as well. The ideal goal is to receive aggressive, cost effective pricing that is reduced year after year. If possible, please discount years two and beyond of multi-year contracts.
