Q: I need to get an exact phone count for the Erate proposal. The 470 mentions 120. In that I would need to know how many of those are classroom phones if any. I would prefer to talk through it with someone if I can get a name and phone number, that would be preferred. Thank you.
A: I can't provide a local contact at this point and the number of classroom phones is unknown at the moment, but please propose 25 call paths and 120 DIDs.
Q: Would you accept a proposal for texting only
A: All options are considered by the applicant based on the applicant's needs. The evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP are are used by the applicant to grade responses and determine awards.
