Q: DO you take exceptions to the T&C's
A: Yes, simply note the exception in your response... Note: Early Termination Liability is certainly a concern.
Q: Is the district only requesting Internet connection, or also requesting WAN connections? If only an Internet connection, which site would it be delivered to?
A: The Internet is delivered to the District Office. CGUHSD is in a three year contract for Internet Services and is currently appealing USAC's decision to deny funding. A decision that was based on insufficient data received during a cost effective review. We believe the appeal will be successful. However, the district may need options. Please consider responding. Note - there is Early Termination Liability in excess of 200K for the current GB service that may need to be addressed.
