Q: In the implementation section you call for services to run for a 10 period concurrently since ported telephone numbers cannot run concurrently and most if not all providers have some type of warranty or guaranty is this portion of the implementation section waived for Category One Services.
A: Yes, it is waived for ported numbers or any other scenario that in technically impossible to provision.

Q: To clarify are you requiring that responders attach a signed and dated agreement with the RFP response?
A: That is preferred. Perhaps an MSA with pricing options that service orders may be written against, or some other solution. If contracts are standalone or separate, please submit a sample for review. You do not need to submit a contract for every option.

Q: If I am an underlying incumbent provider of services am I required to provide references?
A: It is preferred that bidder's provide references for the services being sought in accordance with the ITB. However, the decision on how to respond is ultimately the bidder's decision. If references are not provided the bidder shall not be automatically disqualified. The applicant shall grade responses based on the criteria in the ITB.

Q: 470 SHOWS 8 USERS RFP SHOWS 5 AND 5 IS TOTAL COUNT 10 LINES AND WILL ALL LINES HAVE LD?
A: Please reference the ITB for line counts. The request is for 5 POTs lines with long distance. It is possible for all 5 lines to have long distance charges associated with them.
